Aging & Ignorance Are Tough On The Eyes Says Sharon Kleyne

Cataracts Attack the Aging & Ignorant. Sharon Kleyne Declares Education Key to Better Eyesight.

For some things on earth there may be no cure, but ignorance will be vanquished by learning and education every time. Internationally revered water researcher Sharon Kleyne wishes that you would never forget that, especially when it comes to maintaining your eyesight.

“Do you know,” water advocate Sharon Kleyne asked, “that the number of people around the world suffering from visual impairment exceeds the total population of the United States? That’s right, the total population!” Last year, The World Health Organization released figures documenting that 285 million people (more than the entire population of the United States!) are visually impaired. Almost 40 million are blind. “And yet,” said Kleyne, “Eighty percent of those visual impairments can be prevented.” But as Kleyne tirelessly pointed out, it will never happen if people do not become more proactive and take greater responsibility for their ocular health.

For instance, Kleyne would like you to grasp the fact that cataracts occur, especially in people over the age of 40, when protein in the eye’s natural lens (between the iris and the pupil) clumps together and creates a cloudy condition. Not only is it the main cause of blindness in the world, according to Prevent Blindness America (PBA), there are more global cases of cataracts than there are of diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma and macular degeneration combined. After age 40, cataracts affect more than 22 million Americans each year, and PBA projects that by 2020 more than 30 million Americans will suffer from cataracts. Cataract symptoms can include blurred vision—as if you were looking through a cloudy glass—dull colors, glaring headlights when you drive at night, or sunlight that seems so bright it hurts.

Cataracts are also dangerous to others. Imagine the head-on collisions and side-swiping savagery awaiting the cataract-afflicted who have not given up driving. Think of the man last year who drove his taxi into a crowded Farmer’s Market, or the one that drifted across the median strip and slammed headfirst into a Winnebago.

Kleyne, host of the nationally syndicated radio program, The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water, Global Climate Change and Your Health on VoiceAmerica, sponsored by Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® urges everyone to have their eyes examined for cataracts. “Eyes and skin are constantly assaulted,” Kleyne said, “by dehydration and depletion of earth’s water vapor due to pollution and climate change. Dry Eye Disease, allergies, pollution and respiratory conditions lead directly to cataracts and blindness.”

Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® is a unique, preventative safeguard against cataracts, dry eye and other eye ailments. Developed by Kleyne and her research center colleagues at the company she founded and directs, Bio-Logic Aqua® Research Water Life Science’s®, Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® is applied to the eyes with a personal, portable hand-held humidifying device emitting a pure, pH balanced, patented micron size mist for rehydrating your eyes. Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® is endorsed by more than 22,000 ophthalmologists and optometrists nationwide and was successfully test-marketed in more than 70,000 outlets.

“You only have two eyes,” Kleyne reminds us, “and it’s your duty to take care of them.”

Water Researcher Sharon Kleyne Says Summer Eye Strain Raises Stress

Sharon Kleyne Warns People To Rest Eyes in Summer. Summer Slams Eyes That Are Mostly Water Says Water Advocate Kleyne.

Global water researcher and Water Life Science® advocate Sharon Kleyne has spent more than two decades educating people about the world’s water crisis, body water vapor and the birth-to-death evaporation process. As a result, she knows the many challenges that the human eye faces in earth’s hottest season, summer. “Several factors contribute to people suffering from severe eye strain in summer,” says Kleyne. “The days are much longer and hotter,” adds Kleyne, “and people spend a lot more time outdoors in the glaring light and heat.” Kleyne also notes that pollen almost seems like it’s on a mission to clog humans’ olfactory systems, resulting in epic allergies. Because people are outdoors a lot, they also spend more time driving and traveling. “All of these activities,” says Kleyne, “challenge the health of our eyes. Perhaps worse, the more our eyes feel strained and unhappy, the more stress our bodies release, opening pathways to disease, illness and accidents.

Sharon Kleyne, host of the nationally syndicated The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water, Global Climate Change and Your Health radio program on VoiceAmerica, sponsored by Nature’s Tears® EyeMist®, teaches us that eye strain can also lead to even more serious vision problems such as sties and blindness. Kleyne, who is also the founder of Bio-Logic Aqua® Research Water Life Science®, says “couple the climate-related challenges of summer with the usual situation in which so many people are spending hours and hours a day watching television, playing video games and working on computers and yu are brewing up a recipe for ocular disaster. You literally see people everywhere with red, swollen and bleary eyes,” adds Kleyne. “You can see the stress and anxiety etched on their faces and that is terrible news for everybody.” The eye/stress connection, according to Kleyne, has to do with the fact that the eyes are very close to the brain and the two are “hard-wired” together. Any trauma to the brain will affect the eyes and vice-versa. Many emotions affect the eyes, including sadness, joy, depression and stress. Kleyne’s research has discovered that prisoners and people who are emotionally unstable tend to have more vision problems than those who are naturally more balanced, calmer and collected.

Sharon Kleyne and her research center at Bio-Logic Aqua® Research Water Life Science® have developed and a signature product, Nature’s Tears® EyeMist®. Consisting of Trade Secret tissue culture grade fresh water with no additives or chemicals, it is applied to the eyes as a patented micron-size mist from a hand-held, portable personal humidifier. The product painlessly and instantly soothes the eye and its tear film, which is naturally 99% water.

Kleyne’s suggestions for avoiding summer eye strain and stress include staying indoors or in shade more. Eye black can reduce glare. So can polarized sunglasses and goggles. Limit television viewing to no more than two hours a day. Kleyne also suggests cutting back on computer work and working in conditions that offer good lighting. Taking care of yourself emotionally, Kleyne emphasizes, is good advice for saving your eyes from the bludgeon of summer. Kleyne also suggests drinking at least eight to ten full glasses of water each day, in addition to all other fluid intake: And don’t forget to use Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® to supplement your tear film’s water content. “Enjoy summer,” says Kleyne, “but be sure that you take good care of your eyes.”

Sharon Kleyne’s Summer Tips For Happy Healthy Eyes

Summer Brutality Threatens Eye Comfort and Eyesight. Kleyne Knows How To Stop Summer Eye Abuse.

If you are Tarzan of the Apes or Aqua Man, you can disregard the following advice. But since none of us really are these admirable characters, you would all do well to listen carefully and learn. What’s at stake? Oh, only the well-being of your eyes; only your eyesight.

Sharon Kleyne, host of the nationally syndicated radio program, The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water, Global Climate Change and Your Health on VoiceAmerica sponsored by Nature’s Tears® EyeMist®, wants you to become proactive about your eyesight and eye health and she has some tips she wants you to keep in mind while you enjoy your summer adventures and vacations.

Why is Kleyne worried? She’s concerned because she knows that the summer season can be absolutely brutal on your eyes. For decades, Kleyne has been teaching citizens of the world about evaporation of body water vapor and evaporation of water in the atmosphere. “We need that water in the atmosphere to breathe,” says Kleyne “and we need to supplement our body water vapor several times a day to replenish the water we need in our body and in our eyes.”

In summer as temperatures skyrocket and evaporation increases, there are some things one can do to compensate and protect one’s eyes.

One thing you can do is consider wearing a broad-brimmed hat. You can also wear sunglasses, but choose the kind that blocks 100% of UV rays. Polarized lenses reduce the intensity of the reflections that will assault you off of bodies of water, cars, windows, cement and other surfaces. People spend lots of time in water swimming or wading during the summer. These activities expose them to chemicals in pools and dangerous bacteria in oceans, lakes, rivers and ponds. Everyone heading for water would be wise to wear swim goggles with polarized lenses.

Remember that the peak times for the sun in summer can stretch from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. It’s during this period that the sun’s UV rays are most powerful. Use the accessories mentioned above and apply Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® several times a day to your eyes (remove your glasses or goggles first). Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® was developed in Kleyne’s research center at Bio-Logic Aqua® Water Life Science® and is a new water technology like nothing else on the planet.

Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® consists of Trade Secret tissue culture grade water, with no chemicals or additives, that supplements your eyes and staves off the arrival and advancement of dry eye disease. One applies Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® as a micron size mist (not drops!) by way of a globally patented personal hand-held humidifier. This humidifier is a delight to use and the micron size mist is so refreshing and effective! Even children love it. Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® may also be used with conventional eye drops if you choose to do so. Just apply Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® first, then the drops. Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® is available on line at Walgreens and

If you use Nature’s Tears® EyeMist®, we would like to know what you think. We invite you to write to us on this or any other eye care topic that interests you and we thank you with clear eyes!

Sharon Kleyne Provides Relief For Summer Eye Irritation

What Is the Eye in Summer? A Dust & Allergy Trap. Driving with Dry Eyes in Summer Can Kill You Says Kleyne.

It’s summer and with the added heat, the picnics and swimming and other outdoor activities comes higher incidences of allergies and dry eye disease. Sharon Kleyne, host of the nationally syndicated radio program, The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water, Global Climate Change and Your Health on VoiceAmerica, sponsored by Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® and the founder/director of Bio-Logic Aqua Research® Water Life Science®, prepares for the beginning of every summer by teaching people around the world that with greater heat comes more evaporation.

“The tear film of your eye is 99 percent water,” says Kleyne, “and it needs to be to do its job well.” Still, the human eye is constantly dehydrating due to natural evaporation and excessive evaporation triggered by global warming, pollution and artificial environments (air conditioning, central heating). The good news is that anyone can learn to supplement her or his eyes with a hundred percent pure water; the bad news is that so many people are ignorant about dry eye disease and other eye afflictions and what to do about them. “It’s frustrating,” says Kleyne, “to watch people suffer so and even go blind because they don’t take the responsibility to learn about and care for their own precious eyes.”

Kleyne is right, of course. Dry eyes itch, burn, throb and turn red. Dry eyes can trigger massive headaches. Dry eye symptoms can also become much worse when allergies act up. It’s a fact that we drive more in the summer. Combine this with the fact that we suffer more dry eye flare-ups and allergy attacks and we have a recipe for increased incidents of accidents and fatalities.

If while reading this you haven’t told yourself that you need to learn more about your eyes, dry eyes and traffic safety while driving with dry eyes then you haven’t been listening. “You have to replenish the water your eye loses to evaporation every day,” says Kleyne, “or you will be miserable or worse; you could wind up blind or dead.” How, then, does one do it? How does one safeguard one’s eyes and the innocent lives of others?

“It’s simple,” says Kleyne. “In the research center at Bio-Logic Aqua Research® Water Life Science®, our research led us to discover some groundbreaking new water technology. Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® nurtures and supplements the eye with Trade Secret tissue culture grade water that is applied as a globally patented micron mist. This micron mist is easily and painlessly and easily applied with a portable, personal hand-held humidifier that can slip with no fuss into a purse or pocket. The application process is fun and it is so simple even a child can do (millions do!).

Is The Eye The Door Or Window To The Soul?

26 Jun

Sharon Kleyne Says Healthy Eyes Depend on Supplementation of Eye Moisture. Water Advocate Kleyne Teaches Eye Health & Nature’s Tears® EyeMist®.

Is the eye the door or window to the soul? Shakespeare thought so. Andrew Carnegie thought so. So did Florence Nightingale and Robert Oppenheimer. In fact, thousands of prominent women and men (and all children before they are taught to forget) throughout time have thought so. If it’s true, or even partially true, doesn’t it make a lot of sense to take extra special care of our eyes? At best, we’re only given two of them and they begin to evaporate—dry out—the moment that we exit our mother’s watery womb.

Water advocate Sharon Kleyne believes so. Kleyne, host of the nationally syndicated radio program, The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water, Global Climate Change and Your Health on VoiceAmerica, sponsored by Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® has spent more than twenty years teaching people all over the earth what the eyes really are. Yes, they’re doors or windows to the soul. They are also round little organs in the skull that allow us to see and send visual image-messages to our brains. The eyes are also almost completely made of water. “The all-important tear film,” Kleyne says, “is 99 percent water. Water in the eye evaporates every day,” Kleyne continues, “and unless you regularly supplement it with pure water, you will experience increasing distress.” Glaucoma and cataracts are big problems, Kleyne points out, but the biggest, most common malady afflicting billions of people worldwide is dry eye disease.

“When your eyes dry out,” says Kleyne, “they itch, they burn and turn red. Your head aches, you eyes can swell and your vision can become blurry. Many auto accidents each year can be traced to dry eye disease.” But that’s not the worst of it, according to Kleyne. If dry eye disease runs unchecked long enough, blindness is often the result. “You have to replenish the water your eye loses to evaporation every day,” says Kleyne, “or you will be miserable or worse; you could wind up blind.”

The best way to keep dry eye disease in check is to use Kleyne’s Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® developed in her research center at Bio-Logic Aqua Research® Water Life Science®, the company she founded and continues to lead as director. Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® contains only Trade Secret tissue culture grade water that soothes dry eyes with a patented micron mist. The mist is painlessly and easily applied with a portable, personal hand-held humidifier that can slip easily into a purse or pocket.

Sharon Kleyne, & Water Evaporation

20 Jun

Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® Available at Walgreens. Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® Soothes Dry Eye Irritation.

Sharon Kleyne, host of the nationally syndicated radio program, The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water, Global Climate Change and Your Health on VoiceAmerica, sponsored by Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® wants you to understand something about evaporation.

Since the world began, the atmosphere of this planet has been evaporating and replenishing its water. In the same way, you and your body, which is mostly water, evaporate every day and you need to replenish that lost water with a pure water supplement. If you do not, you dehydrate until you die. That’s not what anyone wants.

Consider the eyes. Your eye tear film is 99 percent water. It’s true! When your eyes begin to dry out, what happens? Right! They turn red. They itch. They burn. You get headaches. Your vision can get blurry. That’s why you need to supplement your eyes regularly with pure water. Fortunately, there is one product on the global market that does just that. It’s called by Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® and it’s the result of groundbreaking research by Kleyne and the research center of the company she founded more than two decades ago, Bio-Logic Aqua Research® Water Life Science®. Better yet, Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® is easier to get than ever. You can find it at (see link below).

“Evaporation,” says Kleyne, “begins the moment we leave our mother’s watery womb-world and it continues until death. It’s not hope that keeps us alive; it’s the atmospheric and body water vapor that does it. We need that water vapor in the air in order to breathe and we must replenish the lost moisture of our eyes if we’re going to continue to see.” This is critical news when so many unnatural factors—pollution, global warming, artificial environments—combine to speed up the evaporation process.

Kleyne suggests that you take an inventory of how you’re feeling today. Are your eyes red and itchy? Do they throb and hurt? Is your skin dry and flakey? Do you feel run down? Do you lack the pep you have when you feel better? If you answer yes to any or all of these questions, you should be very interested to learn that the cause of all of these conditions is dehydration due to evaporation.

How does evaporation work? According to the USGS Water Science School, “Evaporation is the primary pathway that water moves from the liquid state back into the water cycle as atmospheric water vapor. Studies have shown that the oceans, seas, lakes and rivers provide nearly 90 percent of the moisture in the atmosphere via evaporation, with the remaining 10 percent being contributed by plant transpiration.” Since 70 percent of the earth is covered by oceans, that accounts for much of the water evaporation process. It’s also a miracle of nature that the amount of water evaporating from the ground to the atmosphere has traditionally equaled the amount of rainfall, which replenishes the surface water.

“We need more scientific programs and more education teaching children and adults all about evaporation and the water vapor process,” says Kleyne. “The air we breathe will not keep us or anything else alive if we destroy the water vapor in that air. Remember that we are mostly water,” Kleyne adds. “The eye lens is 99 percent water; the brain is 80-85 percent water; the lungs and liver are 70-80 percent water; the blood is 50 percent water; even the bones are 20 percent water. We are fluid. Everything around us is made of water. The surface of the eye and the rest of the body must be supplemented every day—even several times a day—to counteract over-evaporation of our body’s water vapor.”

Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® contains 100 percent pure, Trade Secret tissue culture grade water with no additives. It is easy to apply. A portable, personal hand-held humidifier delivers a patented micron size mist that painlessly replenishes the eye’s water that has been lost to evaporation. Over-Evaporation Of Tear Film Plagues Chinese

5 Jun

Bio-Logic Aqua® Research Water Life Science® Comes to China’s Aid. Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® Is a Winner in China.

Water evaporation and water in the atmosphere expert Sharon Kleyne wants dry eye sufferers in China to know that real help is on the way. It can’t arrive too soon for the Chinese people. China’s air pollution problems are well documented and though the country is working double-time to clear up the air, millions and millions of citizens are plagued by dry eye symptoms such as itching, burning, swelling, dizziness, headaches and blurred vision. Furthermore, as the population ages, dry eye incidents increase.

A 2014 major systematic review and meta-analysis conducted by The Department of Ophthalmology and the Department of Cardiovascular Ultrasound, both at The First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University confirmed that DES (Dry Eye Syndrome) does indeed increase with age. For instance, the Shihpai Eye Study found that 33.7% of people aged 65 in Taiwan were symptomatic. Women were shown to be especially susceptible to DES by a ratio of 64 to 1 (64 women for every man). People with Type 2 diabetes were also more likely to suffer from DES. Other risk factors for DES include alcohol, smoking, allergies, contact lens wear, computer use and ocular and systemic medications. The study also highlighted regional differences. Western China and Northern China had many more cases of DES than Central, Eastern and Southern China. Harkening back to an earlier study which showed that there is a strong link between ultraviolet radiation and DES, the current study suggests that Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau of Western China has high altitudes, long hours of sunlight and strong ultraviolet radiation that contributes to DES.

Kleyne, founder of Bio-Logic Aqua® Research Water Life Science® and host of the nationally syndicated radio program, The Sharon Kleyne Hour Power of Water, Global Climate Change and Your Health on VoiceAmerica sponsored by Nature’s Tears® EyeMist®, often focuses on this situation and she recently talked on the air about the prevalence of dry eye syndrome and its risk factors in Mainland China. Kleyne pointed to the disturbing conclusion three years ago that 17% of the Chinese population suffers from DES while today the number is closer to 25%. “Dry eye in China is out of control,” Kleyne said, “and so is blindness, which can occur as a result of unchecked dry eye conditions.”

Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® is an invaluable asset in the rehabilitation of dry eye sufferers. It is easy to use and lacks side effects because it is pure water without preservatives. Nature’s Tears® EyeMist®, developed and distributed by Kleyne and her research center at Bio-Logic Aqua® Research Water Life Science® is about to be released in Mainland China.

“Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® is applied with a personal hand-held humidifying device,” said Kleyne. “The device emits a pure, pH balanced, 100% Trade Secret tissue culture grade water in a patented micron-size mist. It supplements the eye’s tear film. “With Natures Tears® EyeMist®,” Kleyne said, “irritated eyes are supplemented with pure water and that’s what dry eyes need. Eye drops provide temporary chemical relief,” Kleyne continued, “and eye drops can become addictive and even make the dry eye condition worse.” Why? Because eye drops only trap water on the eye’s tear film; eye drops do not supplement the tear film or the evaporation of water (moisture) of the eyelids.” Nature’s Tears® EyeMist® does supplement both.”
